Unhinged: From the Beach to the Bowl and Beyond   

The story behind Unhinged Clothing begins in 2003 in the surf shops along the Jersey coast. Extreme athletes experienced a new style of threads--forged from a unique fusion of cutting-edge materials in a virtually unlimited selection of contemporary designs. The styles were hot and the fan reaction was even hotter.

After all, if you’re going to wow the crowds, you had better look sharp in the process.

Following unprecedented response, Unhinged Clothing began popping up in extreme shops across the US, from Cali to North Carolina. Canada and Costa Rica weren’t far behind. In June 2009, the company relocated to Dallas and expanded its clothing line into all action sports.

The bottom line? Unhinged succeeds where others fail--placing performance above pretention and style above standard.
